ANDERSON, SC, – Synergy One Investments, a multifamily investment firm, today announced the acquisition of Reaves Place Apartments, a garden-style community located in West Anderson. Foothills Property Management of Anderson will assume management of the community.


The Greenville-Anderson-Spartanburg combined statistical area has an estimated population of 1.2M with annual population growth rates averaging above 1.9% since 2000.


The community, which features 32 apartment units in 4 buildings and 10 storage units, is the first South Carolina property in Synergy One’s portfolio. The company and its principals now own communities in 3 states in the South East.


Located at 101-163 Reaves Place, The property is conveniently located near downtown Anderson and many local employeers.  The community features spacious two-bedroom layouts.  We look forward to implementing our value-add strategy to upgrade the unit interiors, increase rents and the property value, and make it a desirable housing option in the submarket.
