RECOMMENDED BOOK LIST

When I was first getting my Pilot’s license, my flight instructor used to have a saying that a good pilot is always learning.  I believe this concept to be even more true when it comes to business and real estate investing. Markets, strategies, and available technologies change, and with an endless number of ways to invest, you must constantly be learning and growing to be successful.

I’ve compiled a list of books, across several categories, that I have read and recommend you read if you are looking to better understand business and real estate and apartment investing.
