With over 20 years’ experience as a successful information technology professional and small business owner, John uses his business knowledge and problem solving skills to identify opportunities in Real Estate that generate solid returns for his investors.

​Since 2008, John has been acquiring, remodeling, and managing profitable real estate investments having completed several million dollars in transactions during this time.

Investors, property buyers, and tenants benefit from his experience and attention to detail in the evaluation of prospective investment properties as well as construction management, design, leasing, sales, and property management.

We find properties that need updates to improve to improve them, allowing us to increase rents, and raise the Net Operating Income to increase the property value.

Cash-Flowing Commercial Assets

We invest primarily in commercial properties that generate immediate cash flow, reducing the risk to our investors and ensuring the property’s mortgage and all expenses are covered.

B and C Class Multifamily

We invest in high-quality B & C Class workforce housing apartments with 50+ units.  Investments in this asset class tend to have low risk because there is less tenant turnover in these properties.

Strong Market with Solid Job Growth

We invest where people are moving to where the population and job growth indicators are strong.  This allows us to benefit from increasing rental demand and market appreciation.
