Synergy One Investments is a real estate investment and private equity firm.  We invest in residential and commercial real estate either directly as sponsors, or through equity positions in other sponsors.  Our focus is primarily on value-added multifamily assets; however, we also invest in other types of growth and income producing properties such as resort hotels and mobile home parks.
